The Valley

Umbria. Where saints have walked.

Some stopped here. Some never left. For eight hundred years, this stretch of central Italy has drawn pilgrims looking for the same thing you are.

They call it the green heart of Italy — and once you're standing in it, you understand why. No coastline, no crowds, just hills folding into hills, oak forest, olive terrace, and a silence you can feel in your chest.

For this week, the valley is entirely ours. Not a shared resort, not a schedule dictated by other guests — the whole valley, hired for Evolve alone. Our own chefs. Our own menus, built around what the land gives that week. Our own drivers, moving quietly between the retreat centre and the private cabins scattered through the mountains, so the only thing you ever have to think about is where you are, right now.

And we all come here for one thing.

Survivor. Warrior. Creator of Evolve. Antonella built this retreat from her own path — one that asked her to rebuild everything she thought life had to look like. She leads every retreat in person, guiding the group through the same work that once rebuilt her.

Kodhi Rayne
